Attendance & Cancellation Policy Because groups are small and space is limited, enrollment reserves your child’s spot for the full 8-week session. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled No prorated fees for absences This program is not drop-in and cannot be partially credited If your child must miss a session, we encourage continued practice using the provided materials. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent, supportive group experience for all participants. In the event that Alchemy Academy must cancel a session, a make-up session or credit will be provided.
